All treatments are provided by a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT). Receipts are issued after each session for insurance reimbursement where applicable.

30min session - $100
45min session - $125
60min session - $145
75min session - $170
90min session - $195
All of my rates include HST. I prefer to keep things simple and transparent, so you know the actual cost of your treatment before you book. No adding tax to the price afterward. No surprises.
Initial Visit includes an Assessment and Massage Treatment
Each session includes:
A brief intake and check in
Targeted, goal focused treatment
Care adapted to how your body presents that day
There are no preset routines or rushed sessions. Treatment time is used intentionally, regardless of length.
Which Session Length Is Right for You?
30 minutes
Best for focused work on a single area (back, neck, shoulders), maintenance between longer sessions, or when time is limited.
45 minutes
Ideal for addressing one primary concern plus a secondary area, or for desk-related tension when a full hour isn’t needed.
60 minutes
Well suited for ongoing care, stress relief, or focused work with time to integrate changes.
75 minutes
A balanced option for people wanting both targeted treatment and overall body support.
90 minutes
Recommended for chronic pain, complex tension patterns, or when multiple areas require attention.
Hours & Availability
Bellwoods Massage Therapy operates by appointment only.
Clinic Hours
Wednesday: 11am - 6:30pm
Friday: 11am - 6:30pm
Evening appointments are available on select days and tend to book quickly.
Location
Bellwoods Massage Therapy is located near Little Italy and Trinity Bellwoods, serving clients throughout downtown Toronto. Many clients walk, bike, or arrive by TTC.

Cancellation Policy
Appointments are reserved specifically for you.
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellations or changes. Unfortunately, if I do not receive 24 hours notice for a cancelled or missed appointment, the full fee for your appointment will be required.
